In the past,my friends have been there for me -- today it's my turn to be there for one of them. Call up a friend who has been feeling blue, and see what i can do to cheer her or him up, whether it's a lunch date, some flowers, or even just a quick visit. i don't have to do much to let someone know that you care. Friendship is all about give and take -- iam in a place where i have a lot to give right now.

As soon as i wake up in the morning,my engine will be revving up to drive me into all sorts of exciting challenges. I have a lot of energy right now, perhaps because my growing sense of confidence is making me aware that i can do just about anything i want to do -- and you want to get started! This is a great day to tackle a tough assignment that ive been putting off for too long.

I know in my head what the right thing to do is, but my heart is also fighting to be heard. Today,i must step back and isolate myself from temptation if i can. Must give my head a chance to win this argument.T_T..
